We stayed here with our 4 and 5 year old grandsons. Great location. Close to Dillards/mall. Beautiful view. Lots of living space with nice island for crafts, etc. and eating. Kids are learning to swim but almost all of the pool was very deep. Additional cost to heat hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay. The view from backyard was great especially at night with all the lights. Beds were very comfortable.Pool/spa heating was backwards. Ended up heating the pool and not the spa so charged 30 rather than 15. Would be nice if already part of the rental cost but overall not a huge deal.House had plenty of amenities and kitchen was stocked.Enjoyed our stay very much.Adrian was just a text message away.We had a wonderful spring break!

Above and beyond!

This property is stunning! The views from the pool/backyard were breathtaking! Especially watching the sun go down in the evenings. One of, if not the cleanest property I’ve ever enjoyed. I would recommend this to anyone!

The pool was amazing very warm perfect for swimming with kids and family. Hot tub could have been hotter. The house is very comfortable and spacious. There are bees that attract the pool area. They are very strict about check out and check in times. Overall a great stay!

Adrian was a great host! Very attentive too all details and answered any and all questions. The house was tastefully decorated and had an open floor plan with great natural lighting. 20-year reunion of high school friendships.

The home was spacious for the 3 of us, plenty of room in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Instructions to enter the home were easy to follow. Double car garage available for parking. All the rooms were clean, bathrooms well stocked with clean towels. Backyard patio, pool and jacuzzi were reason for deciding on this rental as we preferred visiting with each other more than visiting any local sites. Host was very responsive to assist with heating jacuzzi instructions. He was kind, friendly and open to any feedback we had on some other areas of the home. The views from the back patio at sunset were spectacular, we happened to enjoy a mild storm with amazing shades of clouds! The 3 of us would highly recommend this rental for a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay.

Disappointment w/ pool and hot tub

The location and views were great. Beds and couches were comfortable. Charcoal grill was good. Host responded quickly. Extra $70 fee to heat hot tub. Hot tub was set to 80 degrees so it isn’t a hot tub it’s a Luke warm tub. The pool never heated so the add is deceiving saying pool and hot tub are heated. The pool lights do not work and the hot tub lights do not work so swimming or hot tubbing at night is not possible, plus it’s too cold without heat. Extension cords connected lights outside which is not up to state codes. Fan in queen bedroom shook so hard we were afraid it would fall and hurt the kids so we didn’t use it. Master bathroom was too small for average size adults. Backyard Maintenance crew showed up at 9:00 am too early so we left early .

We apologize for the inconvenience. That's not the experience we want for our guests. Just to clarify, we do not charge for heating the pool. We do charge if the guest wants the pool heated prior to arrival. If the guest heat it themselves, it's free of charge. Also, we were able to give you a special 3 hours of early check-in free of charge instead, and you were happy with it. We have our pool heater set to 98 (not 80) degrees for safety reasons, but it's possible to be increase as desired, instructions are described in our manual. Previous guests have done it. We have GFCI outlets connected to all of our outdoor cords for safety. We are quick with responses especially when actions required, we expect our guests to report any problem, they have, like the issue with fan, we would correct it l,so you didn't have to worry about that, but it was never reported to us, anyway issue has been resolved, thanks for staying in our property.
