Located between Sassnitz & Binz and sleeps up to 6 people

Our holiday house is located in Dubnitz, a district of the town of Sassnitz. The exciting Mukran ferry port can be reached on foot. The beach in Neu Mukran is only 2 kilometers away and to Binz 9 kilometers. Many interesting excursion destinations are nearby, such as the Nature Center Rügen, Prora, the King's Chair / Kreidefelsen, the Jasmund National Park and many more. Further suggestions for excursions and attractions as well as suitable maps are available in the holiday house.
The completely renovated semi-detached house can accommodate 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a 26 m2 large open kitchen, a bathroom with a ground-floor large shower and a sunny bedroom with 16 m2. On the upper floor are also two bedrooms with approx. 12-14 m2 to be found, as well as another bathroom with a level shower. All bedrooms have a double bed and all have satellite TV and flat screen TV.
The approx. 40 m2 sun terrace, bordering the house, offers a beautiful view of the almost 900 m2 garden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Sie liegt Zentral und man ist von hier aus ziehmlich schnell bei den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber trotzdem liegt sie abgeschieden und ruhig - sehr schön zum entspannen.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was das Herz ❤️ begehrt. Ich habe noch nie eine so großzügige Ausstattung einer FW erlebt. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab. Hervorragend!!! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, leider nur am Telefon ☎️. Wir hätten ihnen gerne unsere Bewunderung persönlich mitgeteilt. So haben wir dem Herrn Fischer, ein sehr netter Nachbar alle guten Wünsche und unseren Dank ausgesprochen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder nach Rügen kommen, werden wir diese Unterkunft ganz bestimmt wieder mieten. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Urlaub auf hohen Niveau

Dieses Objekt lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Er fand eine Lösung für mein Problem und ich konnte meinen Urlaub geniessen. Ich habe mich seit langem nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt in einem Urlaub. Man kann dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen

Die Ausstattung war so umfangreich wie nirgend wo zuvor. Es gab nichts, was nicht da gewesen ist. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Gemütliches Haus

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage Lage des Hauses ist sehr angenehm, da es abseits der Straße nach Sassnitz liegt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig und ländlich am Rand von Mukran gelegen und ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Binz, Prora oder Glowe. Alles innerhalb weniger Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und geben gern den ein oder anderen Tipp zur Umgebung. Auch der Nachbar ist sehr hilfsbereit - danke nochmal für die Zwiebel :o) Das Haus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts - ausser vielleicht einer besseren Grillzange. Fazit unserer Kids: das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten. (und das nicht nur Dank WLAN und Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer...) Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Prima, Rügenurlaub!

Tolles Ferienhaus, man fühlt sich angekommen! Kinder haben tolles Gelände um zu spielen. Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein! Viele endlose Sandstrände, viele Ausflugsziele bei weniger sonnigen Urlaubstagen! Werden Ferienhaus stets weiter empfehlen und würden es auch wieder buchen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, so dass man nicht dauernd den Geschirrspüler anstellen muss. Genossen haben wir die große, überdachte Terrasse und den großen, schattigen Garten. Der Grill reichte für Würstchen. Das Haus liegt in ländlicher Umgebung, so dass auch mit ländlichen Geräuschen, Hahn, Hund, Gänse, zu rechnen ist. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr freundlich und unaufgeregt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es hat alles gepasst

Wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, lediglich das W-LAN ist etwas schwach, was dort aber allgemein so ist, wie vom Nachbarn bestätigt. Rügen ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, gern auch wieder in dieses Haus.

Ein toller Urlaub... Waren schon oft auf Rügen, aber das Haus war einfach klasse. Es liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, man muss mit dem Auto fahren, aber das war uns bei der Buchung schon klar. Am Haus fehlt nix, alles vorhanden, echt gemütlich, sauber, ankommen und einfach wohlfühlen. Auto steht sicher. Toll für ruhige Abende auf der überdachten Terrasse, um einfach zu entspannen. Bequeme Betten, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine vorhanden (mit Kleinkind super), modern eingerichtet,Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, schöne dunkle Vorhänge, so das man gut ausschlafen könnte. Rundherum klasse und wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.
