This Luxury Mill is a fully updated home conveniently located close to Downtown. The furniture, appliances, and functionality will make our guests feel cozy and comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated. Perfect for group travelers who visit Greenville. The home offers open space for our guests to enjoy their time together. The master bedroom is absolutely to die for!! Featuring a king bed with its own ensuite bathroom, custom double sink, custom tile, and a RAIN HEAD SHOWER! The place also offers a beautiful patio with a fire pit that aims to provide our guests with a relaxing area to sit, gather around, and just enjoy the night with some good company! It’s also perfect to lounge on the day with some tea or coffee and snacks. This is a wonderful place to relax and stay after a day of activities. + We are equipped with EV charging capability.

Your furry friends are welcome to stay with a minimal pet fee of $59 for 1-2 pets or $118 for 3-4 pets, good for 7 nights, to be charged upon reservation to cover the extra cleaning. A recurring fee is required every 7 nights. Please note that this does not compensate for any possible damages on property.

The house was very cute, and lots of pots and pans were available. There were a few non-working things (internet, garbage disposal, ice maker), but we were okay without those. The main issue was the lack of communication on check-in day. I had to call VRBO customer service in order to get the door entry code, an hour after our check in time. We loved having the car charger for our Tesla, and Greenville was a very nice place to stay.

Delightful location

Great house, unfortunate neighborhood

House was great, with nice luxury touches like the master waterfall shower (love!), the big tv, included snacks, and the kitchen appliances. We visited for Thanksgiving, and the house was a great short-term communal space for our group of 6. (Note: Formal table seating limited). On the other side, the fire pit leaked propane, so was unusable, the yard space smaller than envisioned, and the neighborhood was quite unfortunate. Not what we’d anticipated for a property titled “luxury,” although the neighborhood is no fault of the house itself. Our first night, we ended up complaining about noise til after 1am, which was sadly an every night occurrence. I even had to call the cops our last night because of a car alarm two doors down going off for over 20 minutes. Looks like a party pad diagonal to the house, which could be the root of the blasted base each night. So loud at night, and the immediate neighbor blasted music with open doors and windows during daytime hours… Again, the house was great, but overall property experience lacking due to the neighborhood. Sadly a house can’t overcome bad neighbors!

Excellent House - recommend!

This house is like a brand new build, not a remodel. The layout is great: high ceilings, great room and nice kitchen. The host has done a great job with this property. Comfy beds. It is in a neighborhood with some traffic and noise but that’s the only negative. Nice little patio area too!

Great weekend getaway!

This house is adorable! Exactly as pictured and in a super convenient location to downtown Greenville which has all the food and shopping one could want. My college girlfriends and I had a blast cooking in the kitchen and the table sat the 6 of us perfectly. Ample seating and comfy beds made our weekend retreat restful and fun. Highly recommend this property!

Great house not far from downtown!

The house itself is very modern and well maintained. It's beautiful and comfortable, with lots of amenities and helpful things. The surrounding area isn't the most visually appealing and the neighborhood may be undergoing some changes, but this house is top notch. We loved it. Felt very comfortable and safe!

Great for Hospital, Medical school, or Downtown Vistors

This is a five star VRBO. The beds are wonderful, the living space gracious and well decorated, the place is clean and accommodating. It is in a older "Mill Village" neighborhood but the location is convenient to the downtown, to the hospital or medical school or just to hang with friends from the area. We live in the neighborhood and two couple --close friends -- stayed there so they could be nearby and they loved it.

Best home rental experience

This without a doubt was our best home rental experience. Not only was the home beautiful but the host provided us items that you typical won't get from other home rentals - Toothbrushes, toothpaste, snacks, etc. You can tell the host really wanted to their their guests to enjoy their stay. We also forgot our laptop after checkout and the owner was more than helpful in assisting us getting back into the house to get it. Wish I could give this rating additional stars because it honestly was an great experience. Highly recommend
