The apartment (built in 2013, approx. 110 sqm), generously and high quality, is located on the ground floor of a 300-year-old farmhouse in Lower Saxony. The quiet location on the outskirts of the Allwiesen invites you to relax, walk, hike and bike and is ideal for couples and families looking for peace and quiet. Complete fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 2 TVs with satellite reception, W-LAN and a large terrace with seating and grill, rental bicycles and storage space for bicycles are available to guests.

Ground-level access to the former hallway of a listed 300-year-old farmhouse, carefully renovated from an ecological point of view with special consideration for the preservation of the old wooden construction. Separate guest toilet, large bathroom with bathtub and large shower, wheelchair accessible through extra-wide doors in all rooms and shower.

Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben! Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Unterstellmöglichkeit fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der auch E-Bike ist vorhanden. Das Auto kann man direkt vor der Ferienwohnung parken.

Wir, Oma, Opa und zwei Ekids, hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung "Aller".Der Check in war problemlos und wurde vorher kommuniziert.Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich.Die Wohnung war toll, sehr hell, gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und sehr durchdacht. Man konnte Tischtennis spielen, Trampolin springen usw.Das Auto kann direkt vor der Wohnung geparkt werden, praktisch zum ausladen.Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Unser Hallenhaus, ein ganz besonderes Haus, war total gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, alles funktional. Das Dorf bestand aus vielen solchen schönen HĂ€user, war unheimlich schön und idyllisch.Hamburg, Nordsee alles in der NĂ€he.Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir kommen wieder, wenn es wĂ€rmer wird, um dort an der Aller Fahrrad zu fahren.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzĂŒgig und einzigartig. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist prima,da man viel in der NĂ€he zu entdecken hat. Es gibt Erlebnisparks und schöne StĂ€dte zu erkunden. Sehr gut fĂŒr Familien. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter haben an nichts gespart. Die Ferienwohnung scheint ziemlich neu zu sein, wirklich schön mit den alten Balken, den Originalfenstern, alles ĂŒberaus ordentlich gesandstrahlt und den modernen Anforderungen angepasst. Bad und KĂŒche ĂŒbertreffen alle Erwartungen, es gibt GerĂ€tschaften, die ich nur aus ambitionierten Kochsendungen kenne. Einen einzigen Stern ziehe ich ab, weil es MissverstĂ€ndnisse mit dem Einchecken gab. DafĂŒr aber lag eine leckere Tafel Schokolade auf dem KĂŒchentresen als Willkommen. Ich wĂŒnsche den EigentĂŒmern nur besonnene GĂ€ste, die dieses Juwel zu schĂ€tzen wissen. Es war die schönste und beste Ferienwohnung , die ich je bewohnt habe, und ich war in vielen!
