The white light-flooded holiday home "STRAND HUS" built in the Scandinavian style and as a so-called "quadruple" is located at the end of the cul-de-sac "Am Yachthafen" and directly (!) on the (private) beach, which belongs to the 6 white beach villas with a total of 24 residential units. Due to its south-east orientation, the house offers a really incredible view of the beach, the harbor entrance, the incoming / passing sail boats and the Baltic Sea ...

Some jetties with sailing boats are only 20 steps away, others are added successively, and at a distance of 150 m there is an idyllic nature reserve in the north, the so-called "Nordhaken", which however must not be entered.

Heating costs are included in the rental price, but due to our own SAUNA and WHIRPOOL, the electricity and water costs will be billed retrospectively based on the actual consumption.
