On 3 floors with extra large roof terrace, near a sheltered bay, with stunning and unique views of the Baltic Sea, you will find your holiday home.

Enjoy relaxing hours overlooking the sea while relaxing in the double whirlpool or the infrared sauna. The spa is located adjacent to the roof terrace and offers an unforgettable view towards the sunset.

During your vacation, this holiday home will be your home. Cozy and optimally suitable for 8 guests on a floor space of 130m².

In front of the house is a large double carport with storage room (6x3m) waiting for you. Bring your own bicycles can be safely stored locked.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 7 Tage in Olpenitz. Das Haus war leicht zu finden. Der überdachte Parkplatz vorm Haus macht es leicht, bei jedem Wetter das Auto zu leeren. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Die Kommunikation mi dem Vermieter funktioniert reibungslos, egal ob telefonisch oder per Email. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. MfG. Familie Richter

Schöner Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Im Haus war alles wichtige vorhanden. Alles war sauber und insgesamt sehr ansprechend. Wir würden es immer weiterempfehlen!

Whirlpool mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund dort im Dezember. Zu finden ist das Ferienhaus fast am Ende einer schmalen Straße zu beiden Seiten jew. ein Haus, dahinter Wasser. Teilweise Häuser, teilweise Ferienwohnungen in größeren Komplexen. Es ist aber eine reine Ferienhaussiedlung. Dies ist ein Reihenhaus mit drei Ebenen. Im EG ein WC sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum und ein großer Wohnbereich mit Küche und Esstisch. Bodentiefe Fenster bzw Terrassentür mit Blick aufs Wasser, davor eine kleine Terrasse direkt am Wasser, zu den Seiten eingezäunt. Im ersten Stock drei Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbett, eins mit Stockbetten) und ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Nach vorne raus mit Blick aufs Wasser, zu den Seiten und hinten, schaut man auf Häuser. Ganz oben das Highlight: das Bad mit 2er Whirlpool und Sauna. Natürlich auch hier bodentiefe Fenster und Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser. Auf der Etage ist auch Schlafzimmer Nr 4. Es ist alles sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Sofa und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Vorm Eingang gibt es ein Carport für zwei Autos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und nett, ebenso Check in und Check Out. Zugang mit einem Schlüsseltresor. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man mitbringen oder extra ordern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Wetter während unserem Aufenthalt bescheiden war, waren Whirlpool und Sauna der Hit. Nur Restaurant und Edeka sind etwas weit weg (über 2km).

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Hallo Herr Nimsch, wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser, das Feuer im offenen Kamin, läßt einen sehr schnell „runter kommen“ :-). Viel Spaß bereitet die gut ausgestattete Küche beim Kochen. Der Wellness-Bereich im 2.Stock macht aus einem regnerischen Tag einen schönen Tag. Bei der einen oder anderen Rückfrage waren Sie jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns prompt weitergeholfen. Die Gespräche mit Ihnen waren sehr angenehm. Wenn es unsere Urlaubsplanung nächstes Jahr zulässt, werden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen :-). Wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Familie schon jetzt eine schöne und besinnliche Weihnachtszeit und einen guten Rutsch ins Jahr 2024. Herzliche Grüße Familie Mau
