The location for this property is amazing but the resort fee was a little disappointing because you're essentially just paying for a pool. I saw no other resort style amenities. The unit itself was not clean. There was mold in the grout on the shower, the nozzle was cracking and breaking off the tub, the tub itself had many cracks in it, the toilet did not flush and the handle on the sink in the kitchen broke off in my hand when I touched it. Maintenance did come right away to fix the toilet and was there when the kitchen handle broke so he was able to fix that also. The reort itself was also not particularly clean and smelled of moth balls everywhere. I had a stove which was an unexpected surprise but I would've brought different food had I known I would have that. Parking is expensive and valet only with no option to self park. I did love being right at the beach but next time will pay more to stay at a different/nicer location.

Right on the Beach

The hotel is right on the beach with access through the property via the swimming pool area. Bar and small kitchen outside. The bar and restaurant were closed during our stay. Only paid valet parking available. Room had ocean view. No restaurants within walking distance.

Looked nothing like the photos presented on Vrbo. Very dirty.

Was not the unit pictured on Vrbo. Bathroom was outdated compared to photos. Tile was broken on floor, pieces of wood on table chairs was missing, molding under sink was laying on the ground as well as the bath not draining properly. They did send someone up to unclog it but the person didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate the issue.
