Location and amenities were perfect for our trip. Close to stores/coffee/restaurants, and close (enough) to the beach. Loved watching the turtles swimming in the back! The pool was perfect for our weekend relax. Andy was quick to respond, as needed and happy to share local hot spots. As other reviews mentioned, needs some updates - deep cleaning and some fresh paint. Overall, had a great weekend.

The home was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great because it was close to shopping and the beach! The pool and porch area could use some TLC. The host was very responsive and the check in and out process was easy.

We had a wonderful stay! The main thing for us was close location to a spring training baseball game, along with a short drive to the beach. Great host, great trip!

This property is in need of some TLC, but when we had specific concerns to address the owner was very quick to respond and correct. We were there to relax in the sun, in a pool, in March and this house met that expectation. The pool/beach/sunset is very nice—i just wish it had been freshened up in a cute way.

Great property

This was a great rental - clean and comfortable. It was a very convenient location and near grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We were in the area for a softball tournament and would definitely book this rental again in the future!
