Great location!

The location of this property couldn’t have been any better - 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Atlantic Av with all its shops and restaurants. SueAnn was a very responsive host.

Really Nice

The condo was well equipped and nicely arranged. Quiet, safe area with short 2 block walk to the beach and within about half mile from the downtown area of Delray Beach with many restaurant and shopping options.

Fantastic property

SueAnn met us when we arrived and did a walk through and also a complimentary bottle of wine and a surprise pizza in the freezer from Trader Joe’s! She was such a great host. We had an issue with the AC and in less than 2 hrs from calling her, the repairman showed up and had it fixed. The condo is immaculate, well stocked with cooking necessities, nice beach chairs and umbrella, Smart TVs and comfortable beds. Just a short two block walk to the beach, and two blocks to Atlantic Ave. we’ve stayed in the “Seagate” neighborhood of Delray Beach the last several years and the Artists Loft is by far the best condo/experience we’ve had.

Ideal location , quiet Street, very comfortable with all the things that are necessary for a visit.

This rental it's not designed to accommodate children. We did not read the fine print and brought a couple. The landlord was very accommodating after we assured her that we would baby proof the apartment. My wife and I had great and peaceful times together there after all of the grandchildren had left. If you do not have children, I highly recommend this place as the location is exquisite.

Only a quick 3-minute walk to the beach and a 10 - 15 minute walk to the heart of Atlantic Avenue with its shops, galleries, and eateries. What makes this property unique

Firstly, the proximity to the beach is within a 3-5 minute walk from your back door. The downtown is also a 10-minute walk. I love to cook, and this Gourmet Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. You'll be part of the conversation with its open plan to the dining/living area. It's truly a bonus part of the rental! There are two porches: The front porch is screened in and offers a table for 2 for outdoor dining and 2 club chairs for relaxing outdoors with a cold drink. The enclosed and private back porch has a desk and office chair for remote working and extra living space with a couch and breakfast bar. There is also a washer/dryer and back stairway for easy access to the beach - beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels included!
