Beachside Gem Steps to the Sand!

Our renovation is complete and WOW! Mostly everything in the apartment is new/nearly new. This light and airy space welcomes you with bleached oak plank tiles, fresh white paint, beautiful new bathroom and comfy coastal bedroom equipped with Plush King Mattress. New TV's, 55" in bedroom, 65" in living room. New stackable washer/dryer in bedroom for your convenience. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, everything you need for your stay. Beach umbrella and 2 chairs provided for your use. Just bring your toothbrush & clothes! Our building is a private and hidden space with only 8 units. Lush landscapes and palms surrounds you. There is a grill in the courtyard patio for all to share as well as a table and benches.

Relax and unwind on the turquoise beach just steps away. Or If you're feeling bold, you can rent surfboards, kayaks, & paddle boards right on the beach. Happy hour, amazing food, cocktails, and art galleries are just a 5 minute walk on Atlantic Avenue. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding your stay. Fantastic property!

Great location and a great property. Very comfortable and well laid out. Only a short block to the beach and just a couple of blocks to Atlantic Avenue. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, clean and well supplied! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and easy walking to downtown Delray. The host is very friendly and available for any questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay, very clean and close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella came in very handy. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Delray Freebee shuttle is available down the street. Very responsive host...thanks for the recommendations!

Family Visit

We came to Delray Beach to visit our son. His apartment was about a 10 minute drive from our rental. We were a short walk from a beautiful beach as well as a nice shopping district. We found the rental to be clean, in good condition, well furnished, and attractive.

Winter 2024

Excellent, clean, great location, all appliances and kitchen supplies excellent. Near beach and Atlantic Ave, quiet location. Hosts were very accomodating, friendly, and responsive. Stayed almost 3 months. Unit also had washer, dryer, beach supplies etc. Would definitely stay again.
