Floor : Small landing with office leading to a children's bedroom (4 bunk beds - good bedding), a bathroom (bathtub). Through another corridor, access to 2 bedrooms: one (1 160x200 bed -TV), the other very spacious has a lounge-TV area and a superb view of the garden (1 180x200 bed), bathroom water (shower) and separate toilet. Outside : Accessible cellar to store bicycles and beach equipment. Terraces, large wooded grounds, lake below the property with its furnished cabin (possibility of cooking there), terrace overlooking the well-maintained wooded paths. Nestled in a superb wooded property, this completely renovated family home is the address to book for an exotic stay! It's more than just a vacation spot: everything has been carefully designed for your comfort with its spacious and bright living rooms where nature invites itself to you. The must ? the living room equipped with a billiards table, a charming asset for lively and friendly evenings. Everyone will agree to relax, stroll near the lake: you can even have lunch there, the cabin is equipped with a gas stove!
