Beautiful, huge basement apartment just refinished. New carpet, flooring, paint. Huge living room for fun family nights. Six person dining room table, kitchen. Two large bedrooms—one with king size bed—and one small.

*please note owners have dogs upstairs. You shouldn’t see them but may hear them. People have told us they never heard them.

Great ski vacation

Very nice place with lots of room. Hosts were great with communication and quickly responded to our requests. We skied Alta and Snowbird which were only 25-30 minutes away.

This rental suited our needs perfectly. Quick access to I-15, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out. Cute welcome basket on the counter was waiting for us. Kind and attentive property manager. Would stay here again!

Comfortable, convenient stay

I booked this rental for a ski vacation for myself, my husband and our two teens. The apartment was just as it appeared in the online description. It was conveniently located for skiing at Alta/Snowbird, which was the purpose of our trip. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The apartment has everything we need and Jessica was a very pleasant and helpful host. We spent very little time in the apartment, really only sleeping there, but it was comfortable and good value for a family of 4. There are many books, board games and DVDs in the apartment, and Jessica left a welcome basket for us of nice chocolates and other snacks, which my teens particularly appreciated. I would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a cosy place within reasonable distance to Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts.
