With foresight: beautiful studio / maisonette apartment on two levels with balcony. Large living / dining room with comfortable seating / sofa bed, TV, stereo radio / CD, WiFi. Complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Nice bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom in the roof - accessible via a convenient staircase - is equipped with a double bed and a small flat "emergency bed" and plenty of space to play or linger (and a second small TV). Magnificent view over the roofs of Warnemünde, on the street side.

We have had chic new sofas since July 2019, unfortunately we were not able to take beautiful photos. Let yourself be surprised.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg.
