About this property

With us you are the only guests. You live in a largely newly renovated apartment on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the Karwendel.
Equipment: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with two beds each, on request also with extra bed and cot, satellite; TV, WiFi, shower, toilet
Family friendly accommodation,
In winter there is a free ski course for children from 4 to 12 years on 7 nights.
There is also a free ski course for guests aged 50 and over in certain weeks in January and March. So far, all guests have learned to ski with our funny ski instructors and have gained a lot of joy.
You can walk to the slopes from our apartment. The free ski courses only take place if the snow is right. There is a snow-making system at the Hoferlift.

In summer there is an exciting children's program from the Tirol Family Nest
with climbing and nature experiences.

Sehr gut

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, sodass man schön für sich ist. Es war angenehm warm und wir duften den Heizraum zum trocknen für die Ski Schuhe nutzen. Hausschuhe sind wichtig da man gleich (ohne Windfang) in der Wohnung ist und ansonsten Dreck reinbringt.

Traumhaft!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das war hoffentlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub bei Maria&Luis. Vielen Dank für alles!

Klein aber fein

Die Wohnung ist direkt neben der Skipiste. Es ist eine kleine Wohnung, hat aber alles was man braucht. Wenn etwas fehlt oder man hat eine Frage, kann man jederzeit zu Maria und Luis gehen. Sie haben das Herz am richtigen Flecken. Zum Einkaufen muss man nach Kolsass hinunter. Dort hat es Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bank... Bitte beachtet, dass Schneeketten Pflicht ist im Winter. Auch bei 4x4 Autos. Am letzten Tag hat Maria den Kinder eine Geschichte erzählt. Sie haben es genossen. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder

Kolsassberg ist schön

Die Gegend ist sehr schöne, die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist toll. Man ist schnell in Innsbruck, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit. Die Skischule für die Kinder war super, sehr nette Lehrerinnen und Lehrer. Die Eigentümer sind auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist leider nicht gut gepflegt, nicht so sauber, aber alles andere drumherum die Ausflugsziele und die Natur waren dann sehr schön für uns....somit war der Urlaub gelungen. Vielen Dank!
