Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with double sofa bed and dining area
- A small kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 15mx5m swimming pool (shared, unheated and open from June 1 to September 30).
- A 5 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Sérignan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Activities :
The unspoilt natural Orpellières beach at Sérignan plage is 5.6 km away. It is also accessible via a cycle path and a modern footbridge just outside the residence. Valras plage is 5.4 km away.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
