Entre Mer et Clape - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Pierre-la mer-mer on the commune of Fleury, this charming flat in duplex, very luminous, exposed South, with sight on Clape, with 400 meters of the beach, of a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a balcony and breathe the fresh sea air. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- A 10 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Pierre-la mer-mer in the commune of Fleury, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Welcome to the seaside resort of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer belonging to the town of Fleury, in the middle of the Gulf of Lion. Situated on the Mediterranean coast, about 20 km from Narbonne, you can discover and do many visits and activities.
- Tourist sites: Enjoy an afternoon of idleness on the superb beaches in the vicinity. The massif of La Clape, a listed site, the towns of Narbonne, Gruissan, Cap d'Agde, the vineyards...
- Sporting activities : The heritage to discover in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer is mainly natural. During hikes or simple walks, it is possible to appreciate the Oeil Doux chasm, a large hole filled with fresh water in the middle of the scrubland, or the Pissevaches pond. Equestrian centre nearby, possibility of fishing, various nautical activities...
- Cultural visits: Fontfroide Abbey (jewel of the Corbières), the Ensérune oppidum (perched on a hill, this ancient archaeological site has a unique panorama!)...
- Gastronomy: Salt marshes, olive oil, tielle sétoise...

Ruhige Lage, nah an Strand und Natur

Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock, über eine interne Treppe kommt man zum Bad und dem zweiten Schlafzimmer. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern geht ins Grüne.

Nettes Objekt, mit Nähe zum Meer (2 Min. Fußweg), Küche und Bad sind sehr klein. Geschirr und Besteck schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren gut. Alles in allem ganz ok.
