Kurztrip

Alles gut. Beste Lage. Lichtfarbe der LED-Leuchten zu weiß (6500 K) und zu hell (grell). Warmweiß (2700-3000 K) würde mehr Gemütlichkeit erzeugen. Die vielen Tauben sind etwas unangenehm. Regelmäßige Reinigung des Balkons und des Gestühls wäre gut (Vogelkot).

Immer noch eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung und waren noch immer sehr angetan von ihren Vorzügen. Allerdings ist ein neues Problem hinzugekommen:Die Stadt sollte unbedingt etwas gegen die ausufernde Taubenpopulation tun.Wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft ,ist die Nacht um 5 Uhr zu Ende.Wir haben an einem Morgen 38 Exemplare auf den umliegende Dächern gezählt, und die sind natürlich akustisch sehr aktiv,vor allem frühmorgens.Das hat natürlich nichts mit dieser wunderbaren Wohnung zu tun,beeinträchtigt aber das Wohngefühl zuweilen.

Bilder top in echt flop.

Die Wohnung war leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Viele Steckdosen funktionierten nicht. Die Möbel waren schon sehr verbraucht. Aufgrund der vielen Tauben war eine gute Belüftung der Wohnung und die Nutzung des verdeckten Balkons nicht möglich.

modern und saubere Ferienwohnung in bester Lage mit kleinem Zugangsmanko

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Beste Lage direkt an der Promenade. Alles gut Fußläufig zu erreichen. Der kleine Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Schöne Küche mit Waschmaschiene Kleines Bad, leichter Schimmelbefall Der Zugang zu Wohnung ist leider nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen und die Terrasse nur über ein Fensterausstieg. Nicht zu empfhelen für ältere Leute und kleine Kinder. Für uns war es aber Okay und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung
