Villa Daheim - Travemünde - pure luxury in the Kaiserallee
On 105 m² of living space, extravagantly furnished, the apartment Villa Daheim has everything you could want in a relaxing holiday by the sea. The apartment is on the quiet 2nd Row to the beach in Kaiserallee. The Baltic Sea beach is only approx. 50 m away. The center of the maritime Travemünde is about 1 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful promenade.
Villa Daheim is located in a bathroom style villa with modern charm and was recently completely renovated and refurbished.

3 rooms with two bedrooms, veranda (balcony) and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From there you can access the spacious, south-facing veranda with a view of the green and access to the communal garden. Enjoy the idyllic view from your own beach chair on the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In both bedrooms there are box spring double beds (1.80 wide) and wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. You can use your own washing machine in the laundry room.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LED TV in the living room with cable connection invites you to cozy TV evenings. Another TV is in a bedroom. A stereo system with radio / CD function is also part of the entertainment.
Design & style
105 m² are optimally used with cozy and modern furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.
Parking & bicycles
So that you do not have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a parking space for your car directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored dry and safe in our own bike shed.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage zur Strandpromenade, Bäcker, Bahnhof, einige Restaurants und Eisdiele. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Nützlich wäre noch ein Sonnenschutz für den Balkon, da es nachmittags bei Sonnenschein und im Windschatten schnell zu heiß wird um dort länger zu sitzen.

Travemünde - Kaiserallee, direkt am Meer

Sehr große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sensationell. Zur Einrichtung - die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend. Würde mir aber einen anständigen Kleiderschrank mit mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wünschen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Zimmer sehr hell. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Duschköpfe sollten regelmäßig entkalkt werden. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen, tollen Tisch mit Aussicht in den Garten. Die Anrichte un das TV-Board sind von IKEA was mich gewundert hat, da alles sonst sehr hochwertig ist. Die Küche ist funktionell und alles da was man braucht. Die Terrasse rundet den positiven Gesamteindruck ab, viel Platz, zudem mit einem Strandkorb ausgestattet. Vor der Tür direkt ein Parkplatz, was will man mehr. Gesamteindruck also sehr gut, was sich natürlich im Preis niederschlägt, aber das ist die individuelle Entscheidung jedes einzelnen. Die Schlüsselabholung- und Rückgabe in Scharbeutz ist zwar nicht komfortabel, aber diesen Umweg haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen.
