Large windows provide a bright and friendly atmosphere throughout the day. From the living room you reach the spacious and furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. In the basement you have the second bedroom with a double bed (1.80 width) and a large wardrobe. A full bath directly adjoins the sleeping area and includes a shower, a bath and a toilet. Here is also a washing machine for you. Underfloor heating in the whole apartment completes the varied offer.

For evening entertainment, a large LED TV in the living room with Blu-Ray player, invites you to long DVD nights. Another LED TV is located in the bedroom in the basement. Wi-Fi access and a stereo with radio / CD are also part of Entertaiment.
