The "Ferme aux Cerfs" offers 130m² of comfort with an 800 m² garden, a heated swimming pool, a professional petanque court and an XXL trampoline. Capable of accommodating up to 8 people (Ideally 4 adults and 4 children to respect the configuration of the house), this place is ideal for relaxing with family or friends

Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and 1 dormitory with 4 bunk beds. Also 1 bathroom with 2 sinks including 1 large bathtub and 1 Italian shower + 1 separate toilet.
On the ground floor, you open the door to a 1 large entrance with a separate toilet then a spacious and cosy living room with decorative open fireplace and a library. The adjoining room is a TV and games room. In the continuity of the living room you discover the heart of the farm, a very spacious kitchen/dining room with direct access to the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. Fully furnished, this cathedral living room with 6m high ceilings will bring you joy, well-being and comfort.
Upstairs the floors combine soft seagrass and old terracotta tiles, on the ground floor parquet and old terracotta tiles. All the radiators in the house are cast iron, the kitchen-dining room benefits from underfloor heating and the walls are exposed stone jointed with lime.
