Between Angers and Le Mans, enjoy a quiet stay in this charming cottage in the countryside where you can relax in the landscaped garden with two terraces, to enjoy the sun whatever the time of day! Enclosed garden, ideal for children, with slide/swing and view of the horses.

The Sarthe will delight fishermen (pike, zander, perch and roach) but is also the ideal place to practice water activities (canoeing, paddle, pedal boats, etc.) at the Morannes leisure center 3.5km from the gîte. A river cruise on “La Gogane” will introduce you to the cultural and natural heritage of the Basses Vallées Angevines.

For your visits: Angers, city of art and history 40 minutes away, numerous castles (Angers, Le Plessis-Bourré, Durtal, Montgeoffroy, etc.), Sablé-sur-Sarthe and its famous biscuit factories 20 minutes away, the Abbey Benedictine Saint-Pierre de Solesmes 20 minutes away, the zoos of La Flèche, Doué La Fontaine, Le Refuge de l'Arche, the Terra Botanica theme park. You will also be 1 hour from Saumur and its troglodytes as well as the 24 hour Le Mans circuit.

The cottage is composed on the ground floor:

- bedroom with a 140x190cm bed

Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom with terracotta floor with a 140x190cm bed and an open bathroom with bathtub and WC (no door between the bathroom and the mezzanine).

All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay: the beds are made upon your arrival, bathroom linen is provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
