The apartment for up to 4 people (plus if necessary Toddler) is on the garden level of a single-family house in the best, absolutely quiet south-west slope of Remagen-Oberwinter, in the district of Waldheide (Rheinhöhe). The apartment is about 65 square meters, self-contained with a private entrance and large terrace.
The living room is furnished with a mixture of high quality antique (Biedermeier) and new furniture. The modern leather couch doesn't show that it can be turned into a full double bed. In addition to modern and antique furnishings, there is a large flat-screen TV, stereo and DVD player. A sliding door leads from the living room to the approx. 60 sqm terrace.
In the bedroom with a second TV is u. a. a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a cot can be added if necessary. The bedroom leads to the bathroom with tub, separate shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen radio etc. as well as all fittings, dining area and access to the terrace.
The apartment also has a separate gas heating with guest toilet, washing machine and dryer.
The shutters in all rooms are operated electrically, as is the awning on the terrace. There is garden furniture, a swivel grill and a small garden house on the side, in which u. a. Have bicycles stored.
A large child-friendly garden adjoins the terrace with table tennis, a large trampoline and a swing. A natural pond with a stream (not fenced, parents take care of their children) invites you to watch. Our guests also have a covered barbecue area and a sunbathing area. The fruit trees and berry bushes as well as the grapes can be enjoyed at the right time of year. The garden is completely fenced.
