Located in a residential subdivision, the Pearl Nui residence is secured by 2 automatic gates at the very beginning of Punavai mountain. The neighborhood is particularly quiet and friendly.

Great view of ocean and neighboring island from private balcony. Property very secure. Short drive to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. Having a rental car is a necessity. Overall great place for us to stay for 3-4 days after cruise. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay at Studio Heitea. It is located in a quiet, gated condominium complex in Puna’aouia next to the highway. The location was excellent, but the area is not walkable - you definitely need a car. The bed was comfortable but there was only a top sheet - no blankets or other covers available. We appreciated both the fan and the air conditioning as it was very humid. The kitchen had everything we needed, except a microwave. The covered balcony was spacious and the view of the ocean was lovely, however, it lacked tranquility due to the noise from the highway below. The pool was a disappointment - dirty, shallow and no deck chairs, or any place to sit. Clearly it is not used in the winter. We drove to the beach every day and swam in the lagoon instead.

Bonjour, mon séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est très propre. Les résidents sont accueillants. Seul bémol, je n’ai pas pu accéder par l’entrée principale du bâtiment avec le code, j’avais l’impression que le digicode « buguait ». Je suis donc passée en voiture par le sous-sol qu’un résident avait ouvert et j’ai pu accéder avec le même code par le parking. En revanche la petite pastille bleu sur le trousseau, en scannant sur le digicode de l’entrée principale, m’a permise de rentrer dans l’immeuble.
