The modern apartment is located on a 3000m ² plot about 4 km from the port. The beach, Markgrafenheide, Graal Müritz, Warnemünde, the Überseehafen and Rostock are not far away. The apartment is located in the countryside and in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock, towards the Markgrafenheide beach. Up to max. 4 people (2 adults + max. 2 children) stay overnight. The apartment has its own terrace with 4 x seating, parasol, lounger, a private playground with tree house and a barbecue area and fireplace. The apartment is new and about 46m ². You have a private locked parking space on the property.
