Come and enjoy Scottsdale and everything it has to offer! This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with LOFT (2nd bedroom without a door) is everything you are looking for in your stay. Located near Old Town Scottsdale.

Bring your furry family members with you! The condo allows for two well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats). The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night after your booking has been confirmed.

The condo is located on the second floor of the building which allows for the loft to overlook the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed and a queen size futon bed in the loft. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen and relax after a fun day by watching your favorite app on the TV.

The TV is equipped with Roku Free channels and various news channels. Please use your own account for Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and Amazon (make sure to logout before departure). We have the most robust wifi that the area allows for and we do have a Ethernet cable should you need to hook up your laptop for video conferencing which may not be necessary but an added bonus.

A brand new washer/dryer 2-In-1 combo unit. This unit automatically goes from wash to dry and cannot be stopped. It should only be used for small loads and delicate clothing should not be put in the unit. There is a community laundry facility that can be used for larger loads.

The community has 2 pools that are heated in the winter months, outdoor BBQ's, fire pits, a gym and yoga room are all available to you during your stay.
