Spring Break in Scottsdale

Great home base for spring training, hiking, and visiting with area family members. We arrived at night and had some trouble finding the unit. The entrance of the unit does not face the parking lot so it was difficult finding the number and we had trouble following the instructions provided. We received information on how to access the unit and then never heard from the property manager/owner again until i asked about check-out instructions. Other than that, it was as described. Unit is also very close to pool which was convenient. Close quarters for 3 teens and 2 adults but would be great for a smaller family. If you're looking for a basic home base while you explore the area, this is a good choice.

AMAZING!!!

The property was in a great location. Every morning my friend and I woke up and had a 20-25 (5 minute drive) minute walk to Old Town Scottsdale for brunch. The place was very clean and all around perfect. Will be going back and hoping to stay there again

Convenient Driving, average place

We had a door code issue, I called the property manager and they responded immediately. The property is an average apartment in a working class apartment complex. Not in old Scottsdale. The only thing walkable is a KFC. The beds are nice, the shower is nice and super powerful. The hot water heater only had enough water for one quick shower. It is a fine place if you just need a place to sleep and shower. If you want to relax and hang out there it's not the best.

Christmas in the desert

Cute little townhouse near downtown Scottsdale. Well maintained home. Fit the 6 of us well. When we had an issue the property manager was prompt and responsive. Would stay again.
