My gift to offer everyone: this piece of gem to stay well so close to the Sea; and of course at the great Romantic Zone. Perfect for two; A/C, sleek brand new apartment, Wifi, Plasma screen, full kitchen, Queen Bed, view part sea and street, comfortable.
The space
Let me share with you this Oh so lovely! my apartment for your desired vacation at a step to the Sea. This is a gem in the middle of the romantic zone, where all XL developments start raising, here this remains so comfy petite size building for very personal and attentive service and feeling, like really a home should be. Privacy, Intimacy, Distinguish vibe, effortless everyday living provided by planned in ahead solutions to make a great experience, by it's services, installations and location. In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with wifi internet and ROKU so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc... Welcome home...!

This apartment at a three story building is one of a total of 9 units; just being finished it's absolute full makeover, bringing up to live this apartment with gorgeous finishing touches, carefully selected great quality equipment; and the goal is to provide you a deserved nice & comfortable stay, at the most reasonable prices comparing the area.
The beach is down there just half block from us, and the area of our location is safe, narrow one way street with no heavy traffic, surrounded by other hotels and condominiums, with commerces of all kind right from the next street and on. Is at Ocean level, meaning this is not in a hill.
Other things to note

Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.

We are flexible at the time of check in, but if the same day of your arrival we have a check out, we will not be able to receive you before 04:00 PM. Check out time is at 11:00 AM, there is no late check out option. As for ELECTRICITY you have 25KW included in the price per night. We will take a photo at the moment of the check in and at the end of your stay. The cost per KW exceeded is $7.95 pesos.

Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.

Nice Apartment

Very nice studio apartment. It’s located minutes away from the beach, eateries and bars. Check-in took a while because the code didn’t work on the keypad but I notified the owner and that was resolved. Luckily, the weather was beautiful, so I didn’t have to use the AC. The owner will charge you if you go over the allotted kilowatt. Lastly, the apartment is in a great safe location but there’s construction going on. The construction noise gets really loud starting around 7-8am in the morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Great one person unit

Great location close to both the beach and a few blocks from the hot spots. Wifi is a little spotty but for the amount of time I actually spent in the unit it didn’t affect my stay.
