Welcome to “AR SKOL”, a charming duplex located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a completely renovated former school, offering a magnificent view of the ocean and the Four lighthouse.



On the first floor, you will find a cozy bedroom with 90x200 twin beds that can also be transformed into a 180x200 double bed, as well as an adjoining shower room. This bedroom is complemented by a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), its own shower room and a balcony overlooking the ocean. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.



On the upper floor, a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen invites you to convivial moments. From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. On this level you will also find an additional bedroom with 90x200 twin beds that can also be transformed into a 180x200 double bed. This room also has an adjoining shower room. A separate toilet completes this floor.



The apartment is fully equipped, bright and tastefully decorated. The sea views are numerous and will make your vacation unforgettable! The GR 34 hiking trail passes right in front of the residence, and all amenities are easily accessible from the apartment (supermarket and bakery). A beautiful sandy beach is less than 400 meters from the apartment. The apartment also has an elevator serving the 2 levels of the duplex.



The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do, tourist places to visit or even restaurants nearby.



Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most tourist places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadut, or the Marine Museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...



For kids (and adults!) You will also find nearby the theme park “La récé des 3 curés” or even Océanopolis, one of the largest aquariums in Europe.

For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course. Everyone will find something for themselves!
