Our modern and comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet location with a view of the lake of Bütgenbach, only a 5-minute walk from the town center.

The 50 m² apartment offers space for 2 to 4 people and consists of a living-dining room with sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Het appartement en omgeving is helemaal perfect. Het heeft een goede vibe. Alles is aanwezig, aan niets kom je tekort. Er was voor ons 1 minpuntje, de matrassen zijn ontzettend hard. Dat ligt meer aan ons dan aan de matrassen die van uitstekende kwaliteit zijn, maar een dikke zachte topper zou wenselijk zijn voor diegene die rugklachten heeft.

Unterkunf in Bütgenbach

Sehr sauberer und gut erhaltene Wohnung. Alles war gut gepflegt und sehr gut geputzt und erhalten. Die Gastbern Ingrid und Paul Schweiß war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Haben alle unsere fragen beantwortet und sehr schnel reagiert. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen, und werden sehr gern wieder zurück kommen 🤗🤗🤗

Kaum zu toppen

Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir bekamen sofort die Wohnung gezeigt und wurden in die wichtigsten Funktionen eingewiesen und erhielten auch gleich ein paar Ausflugstipps. Die Wohnung ist optimal aufgeteilt. Die Küche ist in den Wohnbereich integriert und dennoch optisch abgegrenzt. Das Bad/WC hat kein Außenfenster aber dennoch Tageslicht. Sehr gut gelöst! Die Lüftung im Bad arbeitet effizient und lärmt auch nicht. Das Bad wirkt größer als es eigentlich ist. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die gewünschte Raumtemperatur lässt sich zentral einstellen. Dennoch kann beispielsweise bei beheiztem Wohnbereich das Schlafzimmer kühl bleiben. Nichts ist alt, kaputt oder verschlissen. In der Küche findet sich einfach alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren begeistert und können einen Aufenthalt dort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Claudia aus Hagen und Andreas aus Düsseldorf

Ideaal appartement voor koppel

Gezellig en gerieflijk appartement voor twee personen. Heel rustig gelegen. De rolluiken zorgen ervoor dat je kan slapen tot je wakker wordt. Zelfs de vaatwasser hoor je niet. Start je wandeling aan de voordeur. Bij slecht weer beschik je over een TV, en een Dvd speler. Ook in de keuken is er alles wat je nodig hebt.
