Semi-detached house "Ve-Ma", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Kapelica 2.5 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. Private: property 1'700 m2, garden, swimming pool (60 m2, depth 70 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 18.May. - 29.Sep.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3.4 km, pebble beach 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Cycle lane 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The house consists of 2 apartments, rented as one unit.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (190 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 2 showers/WC. Terrace 25 m2, roofed, 2 terraces 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. 1 shower/WC on the ground floor suitable for disabled persons.

Haben für 2 Wochen das Haus gebucht und waren sehr begeistert. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden das Haus immer wieder empfehlen.

Ganz ruhige Lage, gut zu erreichen, 10 bis 20 Minuten nach Labin oder Rabac. Gute Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung, Märkte, Lokale, Tankstellen, Apotheken. Barrierefreies Erdgeschoss, grosse Räume, schöner Pool und gepflegte Außenanlagen. Ein Objekt zum Chillen und Relaxen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer.

Top villa met aandachtspunt..

Samenvatting: Super mooi zwembad! Mooie locatie in het land. Ruime tuin. Aardige bewoners die veel goede tips gaven over wat te doen en wat niet te doen. De bewoners wonen in een bijhuisje wat tegen de villa aan staat. (Dat bleek niet uit de verkoop tekst) De binnenkant is gedateerd en sommige badkamers kunnen wel een renovatie gebruiken. Tenslotte is de locatie finaal onvindbaar, het telefoonnummer bleek niet te werken, en alle huisnummers staan door elkaar in die straat. Conclusie: top!.
