Family Style home -2 bedrooms 1 bath

This is our guest house. It is a cozy 2 bed 1 bath ranch home. Has all the amenities and comforts of home and located near Ferdinand State Forest. Large master bedroom with queen sized mattress. Guest bedroom with two full sized beds. Both bedrooms are across from the tiled bathroom. Laundry room at the end of the hall way between bathroom and master bedroom. Hardwood floors in main living area and bedrooms. A nice size tiled kitchen with open dining and living space and wood burning fireplace. TV is in the living room area with WIFI availability. The house sleeps five guest across two bedrooms and additional sleeping options in the living areas (sectional couch with pull out full sized bed)

Nice yard with lots of forestry. Man made trails in woods behind the house. The home is fully stocked for your comfort. Email or call now to reserve your special vacation.

It was a very clean wonderful stay...we went for a short vacation and it was definately worth the stay...beautiful country and so secluded and shannon and colin are wonderful people asked us if we needed anything and to be sure to let them know if we did...dakota their dog we loved was so friendly and greeted us everytime..was a wonderful getaway and will def be back

Highly recommend this place for your next getaway. We took our 4 grandkids to Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana and this place had everything we needed. Shannon and Colin were great hosts and so was Koda!

Turning off the main road and then the crunch of the rocky road under your tires are the signs you are heading sonewhere unique. This place is out and away from city life but just 25 minutes from an amusement park, close to Payola lake and all it has to offer and little cute towns such as Ferdinand and Jasper. We've stayed here twice now, as it is super clean and cozy for our family. Our grandma enjoys all one floor. Our teens love Koda and friends
