THIS UNIT INCLUDES TWO SETS OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)

This beautiful, non smoking condo is located on the 2nd floor of tower 4, which offers sweeping views of the emerald green gulf from the newest tower at Long Beach Resort. This condo has very nice, upscale furnishings and is in great condition!! Enjoy the floor to ceiling, wall to wall ocean views from both the bedroom and living room area. Step out onto your private balcony to feel the cool ocean breezes and watch another stunning Florida sunset! This 1400 sq ft condo will easily accommodate six, with a king size bed in the master suite and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. There is a large dining table along with a breakfast bar. The bathrooms have a huge marble garden tub with shower, the master bath has a separate dressing room area with marble vanity featuring his/her sinks.

Long Beach Resort has three pools (a 6800 sq ft lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar & grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski/umbrella chair rentals on site, 24 hr security and gated access with plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do, such as golf, restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is right across the street!). If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation, honeymoon or anniversary getaway, this is the condo for you!!

Spring Break at PCB

My husband, two sons and their two friends stayed at Long Beach Resort during this busy week.The kids loved the location (ages 18-20) because it was very close to all of the things they were interested in doing. My spouse & I appreciated that the resort is gated with security at the entrance,, so even though the streets around the resort are loaded with kids, the property felt safe. The resort staff were always visible & did a nice job keeping things tidy. Many people in other reviews said that the property is outdated, but I didn’t feel that way at Tower 4. We did not use the pools because the beaches at PCB are too beautiful to hang out poolside during the day instead of at the beach, but our kids used the hot tub nightly & had fun meeting kids their age while hanging out there. The condo is managed by Kim’s Condo’s & we did need to contact them about a problem early in our stay. The property manager responded immediately and provided options for us to choose from to make sure our needs were met. The condo itself is decorated nicely and made you feel like you were truly on vacation. I hesitated to rent a 2nd floor condo because I was concerned the views wouldn’t be great, but they were amazing & we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets.The beach was super easy to access too. Only complaint is that the furniture in the 2 queen bedroom is not in great condition and needs to be replaced by the owners.You'll love this property-do not hesitate to rent!

Would stay there again.

The stay was great, location was great restaurants very close and easy to get around. The beach was amazing. The only complaint would be the cleanliness, dusty, the floors were in need of mopping.

Repairs needed on renovated condo

The balcony door could barely be opened by thr stronger person, the bedroom furniture in one room falling apart. Sparse furnishings. The Murphy bed would have been useful if it had a mattress. It wasn’t listed as an option, so, this is not really a conplaint.
