Beautiful, renovated, and authentic apartment with a great location. 2 rooms 1 bath apartment located on the first floor with big and fully equipped kitchen. Located in coral gables, a calm and peaceful neighborhood this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.
If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided with an extra charge.
You need to use stairs to access this apartment, which is located on the 1st floor.
Early check-in and late check out if available can be provided with extra cost.
Pets are allowed at the unit. We charge an extra cleaning fee.
All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details for the process will be provided by direct message.

Nice place that could use a few improvements

This is a nice apartment, with an accessible price. It was clean, with all the basics, and close to Coral Gables. However, there are many details that can be improved with a little TLC. From missing lightbulbs, to backwards bathroom doorknobs, to flimsy furniture, squeaky beds, and no wastebin in the bathroom; there are things that can be improved. One day we were asked if they could fumigate the apartment while we were staying there, which we swiftly declined. All in all, the experience was positive with some inconveniences.

This has been one of the best host i have experienced. They bent over backwards in every way to make our stay pleasant.

Manuel's spot is great. Perfect distance from Miracle Mile and the other great things that Coral Gables has to offer.

Las camas están al borde del piso. El piso flotante está mal puesto. Es un departamento cómodo, bien ubicado que le faltan muchos detalles. La atención de hospedados es buena.
