FULLY FURNISHED.
Super clean, impeccably maintained, elegant, spacious, peaceful, cozy house in a bamboo forest. Located in far West Asheville (near Enka/Candler). All on one floor, home is 3BD, 1.5Bath, garden tub, expansive decks, fire-pit, vibrant permaculture gardens. Easy off-street parking for 3 vehicles including a carport. Access to a 650 square foot basement (20'x32').
Minimum rental is 30 days.
Open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining room, and living room. Bedrooms are off the main area. 270 sf master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Second bedroom with full sized bed. Third bedroom with twin. Large full bathroom with garden tub, two sinks, shower and toilet area. Half bath with toilet and sink. Washer and dryer on site.
Set back from the road and has a country feel but yet is central to highways, 240, 40, and 26 (13 minutes to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 10 min to W. Asheville, 15 min to Blue Ridge Pkwy.) Sand Hill District of West Asheville. Very close to Bent Creek Experimental Forest with miles of hiking, the NC Arboretum, the Blue Ridge Parkway. Nearby to Sierra Nevada Brewing, New Belgium Brewing, and dozens of other local area brewers.
Gardeners delight: Raised beds available for gardening. Fire circle and hammock in shady yard. Yard is NOT fenced but lots of woods and bamboo forest behind the house and Buncombe County Park across the street. Pets ok depending on situation.
Equipped with everything needed to move right in. Kitchen fully stocked including toaster, toaster oven, Champion juicer, kitchen aid mixer, high quality pots and pans.
