Set back from the road with a country feel, yet central to highways 240, 40, and 26 (13 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Biltmore, 10 minutes to W. Asheville, 15 minutes to Blue Ridge Pkwy). Sand Hill district of West Asheville. Very close to Bent Creek Experimental Forest, NC Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, and near Sierra Nevada, New Belgium, and many other local breweries.
