The Host Michael was excellent, very kind and helpful. Apt was perfect for our 90 day stay. It was a traditional older apt with great period decor and high ceilings, but very modern amenities.

I stayed in this property for just over a month. It suited my needs extremely well. It is a clean and very comfortable apartment in an outstanding location in the second district. It is quite convenient to several mass transit options. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Vienna.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Vienna!

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Vienna! Our experience at this property in Vienna was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible manager-owner, Michael. He was an outstanding host—kind, responsible, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. His level of customer service was top-notch, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. The building, located in the heart of the city, is 150 years old, but you wouldn't know it by the amenities and comfort it provides. Everything inside the suite was modern, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to forget the age of the building. The suite itself was bright, filled with natural sunlight, and had impressively high ceilings that made us feel like we were living in a palace. One minor issue was the bathroom's air conditioning, but it was understandable given the age of the building and the noise from outside, which is common in Vienna Despite this, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. Our group of 50 researchers, hailing from various countries and continents, found this rental to be far superior to other accommodations in the area. The location was unbeatable, the price reasonable, and the cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great neighborhood without breaking the bank. We are truly grateful to Michael for his kindness and generosity throughout our stay.

Eine gute Adresse in der Leopoldstadt.

Wir waren über Silvester 2023-2024 fünf Wochen in dieser Wohnung, 450 Meter vom U-Bahnhof Taborstraße entfernt, wo es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei Billa-Supermärkte und der attraktive Karmelitermarkt. Auch die Altstadt und diverse weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Augarten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist rustikal und komfortabel eingerichtet, verfügt über ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer, eine moderne Küche und ein modernes Badezimmer. Alles ist äußerst sauber und der Eigentümer bietet bei Bedarf einen aufmerksamen Service. Das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, wird von ruhigen Menschen bewohnt. Die Straße und die unmittelbare Umgebung sehen gut aus. Eine Adresse, die wir empfehlen können.

mittendrin und trotzdem entspannend

idealer Ausgangspunkt für´s Kennenlernen der Stadt, Busstation an der nächsten Ecke, verschiedene U- und Straßenbahnen in ein paar Fußminuten zu erreichen, freitags und samstags läd der nahe Karmelitermarkt zum Bummel an den Standerln ein, 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist im Augarten und kann perfekt entspannen, dort einen Kaffee nehmen- jederzeit gern wieder

Localisation parfaite pour nos besoins et secteur plutôt calme.. Petit appart parfait pour 2 personnes. Cuisinette simple mais suffisante pour court séjour. Avons dû raccourcir notre séjour. Dommage qu'on ne puisse récupérer au moins une partie des sommes payées pour les 2 semaines excédentaires.

Wir dürfen die Bewertung wie folgt kommentieren: Das Apartment verfügt über 2 Räume, rund 20 qm pro ! Zimmer. Vermietet wird für max. 4 Personen, es stehen daher insgesamt 40 qm ! für 4 Personen zur Verfügung. Soweit zur Größe. In unserem Haus befindet sich ein 2. Apartment unmittelbar neben dem hier angebotenen (Fewo Objektnr. 533816 Ap. Leopold 1) . Bei den über 50 Bewertungen findet sich dort kein einziger Hinweis auf Lärmbelästigung, ganz im Gegenteil, es wird auf die ruhige Lage verwiesen. Es ist richtig, Bad und WC sind klein gestaltet. Der Grund liegt in der räumlichen Trennung von Bad und WC sowie baupolizeilichen Vorschriften, es handelt sich bei unserem Gebäude um ein historisches Gründerzeithaus, 400 m vom Zentrum entfernt, in einer sogenannten „Schutzzone“. Leider haben wir auf diese rechtlichen Bestimmungen kaum Einfluss. Sehen Sie sich bitte die Fotos und Lageplan des Apartments an, das Apartment wird so angeboten wie es beschrieben ist, incl. Fotos. Für sachliche und objektive Bewertungen aber auch Verbesserungsvorschläge stehen wir weiterhin gerne zur Verfügung. Herzliche Grüße Ihre Gastgeber

Ottimo Appartamento

Sono andato con la mia famiglia per capodanno e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa è veramente collegata benissimo con i mezzi infatti ci sono due autobus sotto casa (comodi per andare al Prater), la metro è a meno di 5 minuti di camminata lo stesso vale anche per il tram. Con i mezzi, dalla casa a Stephansplatz (dove c'è il duomo), ci si impiega meno di 10 minuti oppure 15/20 se si vuole andare a piedi. Devo dire che il proprietario della casa Michael è veramente professionale ed educato. Un esempio a prova di ciò è stato il nostro arrivo. Siamo arrivati all'una di notte ma nonostante ciò ci ha lasciato la ricevuta, la password del wi-fi e le chiavi della lavanderia sul tavolo e le chiavi di casa dentro una key-box posta all'esterno dell' edificio. Bisogna anche far notare che Michael risponde sempre ai messaggi in un massimo di un paio di ore anche durante le festività. C'è da dire che la casa è in un quartiere "in" di Vienna ed infatti ci sono 4/5 supermercati a pochi passi da casa oppure se si vuole qualcosa di tipico ci sono molteplici ristoranti e anche un piccolo mercato all'aperto. Unico neo di questo appartamento è che sotto c'è un locale medio orientale che purtroppo produce degli odori poco graditi ma per fortuna questa puzza si ferma subito dopo il secondo portone di entrata percui si tratta solo di non respirare per qualche metro.
