Located at the foot of the village of Saint-Aventin, it’s 10 minutes from the Peyragudes ski resort, 10 minutes from the town of Bagnères-de-Luchon and the “Crémaillère Express” valley railway between Luchon and Superbagnères, and 10 minutes from the Lac d’Oô car park.

Detached house built in 1947, located within the protected zone of the Saint-Aventin church—a historic monument—which forms the historic core of the municipality. It comprises a single site: the town centre. The house is of significant heritage value and should be preserved.

Located in the village of Saint-Aventin, you’ll find small, steep alleyways along your way.

A commune in the Pyrenees, Saint-Aventin is a charming village in Haute-Garonne located in the Occitanie region. With a population of about 100, it is situated in the Comminges region and extends all the way to the Spanish border.

The town of Saint-Aventin also boasts a charming architectural heritage that reflects the style found throughout the surrounding area.

Ideally situated as the starting point for numerous hikes, you can also go mountain biking here.

A living area featuring a living room with a TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. A raclette machine is available.
One bedroom with one double bed.
One bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed consisting of one double bed and one single bed.
A terrace with a dining table, 6 chairs, and a barbecue is available, offering a view of the mountains.
We provide bed linens and bath towels.
