Clean apartment, Good location

Space was as depicted in photos. Very clean. Good neighborhood, be patient with the parking, you will find a spot. Overall, good amount of room, large comfortable bedrooms, super easy check-in with lock box. Kitchen is a bit sparsely stocked, but if you’re just doing take out or reheating, it’s okay. There is a surprising amount of sunlight for being a downstairs garden apartment.

Weekend in Chicago.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The neiborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it. Everything was great!

Great property!

We came into town for a weekend baseball trip. Garden level apartment was easy to get to, and was just as advertised. We really only used it as an alternative to expensive hotels downtown, so didn't really utilize the kitchen space much but seemed to have everything you might need. The area is amazing and quiet yet only a couple of blocks to restaurants, shops and a few bars. We took the bus to Wrigley and it was super convenient from the property. The only remotely challenging thing was parking when we first arrived as it was all street parking but we still found something. We chose to leave the car and walk or use public transportation everywhere. As the weekend progressed, the parking did open up. Owner was super responsive for general questions and we had no issues. We would definitely stay again!
