We came to town for Cubs games. My one worry was being in a safe area. We walked to Wrigley 3 times, always felt safe. Nice place and would stay again!

From the moment we booked our stay until we checked out was very enjoyable. Jon communicated with us exceptionally well throughout the entire process. The kitchen facilities accommodated our entire group throughout the weekend and really enjoyed the recent updates to the condo

Fantastic location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The photos don’t capture how cute the unit is and how centralized it is in the Roscoe neighborhood. It’s also a short walk to the train and downtown Chicago. Would stay here again!

Great Neighborhood

Enjoyed the chicago neighborhood. Walked to coffee shops, shopping , thrifting, brunch, dinner and upscale wine bar. So much fun. A 20.00 Lyft ride to Michigan Ave.

Loved Roscoe village

Loved the location ! The place was great beautiful decorating and loved Roscoe village ! This village had cute boutique stores and beautiful restaurants! We were there for my sons baby shower, who lives there and will be using this apt again ! Jon was helpful when my daughter in law was having trouble getting into the apt and everything was handled smoothly and quickly !

Great find in a fabulous neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was absolutely perfect for us just a few doors down from our daughter's apartment in the same neighborhood of Roscoe Village. This apartment is clean, bright, and well-furnished, and really convenient in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Jon is a fabulous host who made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The bonus? He owns the awesome wine bar right downstairs - perfect for this family of wine lovers to start our visit off just right. The neighborhood is great, too, filled with lots of independent shops, restaurants and bars, and convenient to the city, too. We even walked to Wrigley Field for a game! We definitely will be back.

This apartment is in a perfect location and was just a delightful place to stay! Many restaurants on the same street and parking was a snap! The host, Jon, went out of his way to provide fragrance-free products for my stay and was readily available for communication. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit and the kitchen was also great. The second bedroom was perfect for my sister who prefers a dark space to sleep. There is a hum in that room that was also fine for her — like a white-noise machine. I would definitely consider staying here again for my next visit to Chicago!

Family reunion

This apartment was super clean, with a very nice kitchen, living spaces and bedrooms. The neighborhood is cute with lots of good restaurants and a great cafe across the street with excellent coffee, pastries, and dulce de leche cheesecake. I recommend this property for a stay in Chicago.

True gem

We had a family trip to Chicago to enjoy Cubs games and the 4th of July. The place is very well appointed, and the host was easy to contact and assist with check-in . The kitchen is well stocked, but if you're not up for cooking there are great restaurants on this block and all over the neighborhood.

Great Location and host

Wonderful place to stay! Roscoe Village is such a quaint, fun neighborhood to explore. The host is amazing! I have a couple of suggestions: The mattress in the small bedroom caves in, in the middle and is very difficult to sleep on. The bigger bedroom could use some blackout curtains.
