We loved the location of this condo! We have stayed in several locations over the years but this one is our favorite! Very clean. Fully stocked condo. Beautiful view of the ocean. Beach was not crowded at all! Love the feel of the old Florida buildings. Very quiet area.

Great Location but Know Before You Go
This property is a Solid 3, it is OK but not great. The location is very convenient and in the middle of Cocoa Beach. The ocean view from the balcony is really Beautiful and is exactly what is shown in the pictures. However, the complex where this unit is located, is not well maintained and very dated. There were no lights in the stairwells to the unit and that was difficult to manage at night. The pool was more like a small motel pool with a chain link fence around it. The pictures made it appear large and relaxing and that was not the case. It sits at the entrance of the property and is very small with a few tables around it.
The property housecleaning was OK but there was several areas not cleaned, including the beige carpet in the living room. There was dirt and sand and even kids stickers on the floor. There were no hand towels or wash cloths provided and only thin beach towels under the cabinet of the main bedroom. I did find two bath towels in the main bedroom closet, that we used but no other hand towels or wash cloths. This is not something that I would ever pack for a rental and it was very frustrating.
The coffee pot provided, leaked from the bottom and I had to clean up the counter tops instead of enjoying my coffee from the balcony with the great views. The manager shared with me that there was another coffee pot in one of the cabinets, but I would have to purchase K-cups to use it and I did nit want to do that.
Again, this is an OK rental but I paid more than I would have liked to for the experience.

Thank you for your review. The complex was built in the late 60-s just like most complexes in Cocoa Beach. I was at the condo with my husband and we had plenty of towels. I counted at least a dozen of them. Perhaps the guest didn't find them. We made coffee every day and the coffee machines didn't leak. We also checked after the guest: both coffee machines work great! The stairwell had lights on every floor just a week ago. We have a new cleaning service now. Hopefully, they will do a better job. Sorry, your experience wasn't to your expectations.

Great view but very dated and not a good check in experience
The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. I spent most of my time out there as the rest of the place was pretty drab. The carpet in the living rooms and bedrooms need to be replaced with hard floor. When we checked in at 11pm the place was not cleaned. The beds were stripped of the linens and put in the laundry basket by the washer and dryer and the blankets were folded on the bed. The trash was also removed in the bathrooms and kitchen and the fridge was empty. The place was not trashed, it just did not have its cleaning from the people before us. The host was insistent that it was cleaned and that someone broke in. She even filed a policy report and kept contacting me for details which I did not want to be involved. She even asked me to take a picture of the license plate of the cleaning people the next morning when they were there which I wasn't going to. The cleaning lady was very nice and did a great job the next morning and even told me that the cleaning people simply never came before. I shared this with the host but she was still insistent that it was a break in. That made me extremely nervous sleeping the first night with my family there but once I determined myself that it was not a break in I was at ease. If you want a place right on the beach and to look at the waves daily, this is the place for you. But if you are going to be hanging out inside, I do not recommend it. The carpet it dark brown so its hard to see actually how dirty it is and I made sure to never go barefoot. The sliding door was very hard to open going to the back patio. The kitchen was updated and nice. Those other things are simple fixes to make the place nice. The king bed was too soft for us but the shower pressure was very good. The condo community is very quite and filled with families and elderly. My kids played tennis, shuffle board and used the putting golf area a few times as a nice break from swimming and I didn't want them inside the condo. We didn't use the pool because even though it was small, it was always full of people so it must have been nice. I'm sure felt like bath water if you like that kind of thing. We preferred swimming in the ocean with the giant waves every day. Even night time swimming since it was so convenient.

This is the first time happened that we paid for the cleaning and the property wasn't cleaned. We sent a new cleaning lady first thing in the morning and she did a great job. We couldn't apologize enough to the guest. We were trying to figure out what happened, but the guest wasn't helpful. We offered a discounted stay in the future, but nothing could satisfy the guest. This happened for the very first time in many years of property management. We recently acquired this unit and will be improving it as we go. This is not a staffed property and things can happen that are beyond our control. I am really sorry about this situation.
