The 5-room apartment has 163 square meters, a high-quality designer fittings and can accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room has a high glass front with partial views of the Rhine. The whole apartment is tastefully furnished and convinced by the attention to detail. For sleeping there are 4 bedrooms available, where one can also be well used as a study.
Another extra bed and a cot are available and can be provided on request.
There are 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the comfort, if you want to take care of himself.

You can relax on the south-facing balcony with beautiful views of the Rhine.
The housing estate has been built. A beautiful beer garden on the Rhine is only 2 minutes walk away, next to it is also the classy restaurant 'Brigantinus' with beautiful Rheinterrassen, best equipment for your summer evenings.

GroßzĂŒgige Wohnung in Konstanz

Schöne große Wohnung, 5 min mit Fahrrad, 15-20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. 3 Schlafzimmer zur stark befahrenen Straße, 1 Schlafzimmer zum Fluß. Leider keine RollĂ€den, nur VorhĂ€nge und Sonnenschutz. 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette und Duschwanne, eine extra Toilette und eine separate Dusche. Sofas schön anzusehen, aber unbequem, da viel zu tiefe SitzflĂ€che, mit vielen Kissen okay. Insgesamt geschmackvoll möbliert und mit ausreichend Geschirr bestĂŒckt. In der unmittelbaren NĂ€he gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit BĂ€ckerei. Garagenplatz kostet extra. FahrrĂ€der haben in einem Abstellraum Platz.

Excellent all around, check the fees

Absolutely wonderful apartment for a large group. We were 6 adults and two children and the space was plentiful. Very clean, lots of outside space on the patio. Kitchen very well stocked with all utensils necessary to cook. Location is outstanding! Around the corner from a fantastic and big grocery store, with a cafe inside for morning coffee and pastries, if wanted. It's on the Rhein river and about an easy 10 minute walk to the old town, 15 minutes to ferries to explore all of the lake. Just know that you pay for every guest and parking permits, which add up quite a lot from the initial price. The host is very clear about charges, so they were not a surprise, just check for the total price. Highly recommend this property and we would go back without hesitation when visiting Lake Konstanz in the future.

Zentrale Lage, großer Supermarkt schrĂ€g gegenĂŒber. In die andere Richtung in wenigen Metern die sehr schöne Rheinpromenade. Ausstattung durchweg hochwertig, die 4 Schlafzimmer sind komplett, gut und mit einem gewissen Stil eingerichtet. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung fĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Allerdings keine flexible Stornokonditionen!

Prima Lage fast unmittelbar am Wasser und in Fussdistanz zur Altstadt

Eine grosszĂŒgige, gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die grosse Terrasse findet sich leider etwas eingeklemmt zwischen zwischen zwei hohen Hausfassaden. Der freundliche Besitzer hat alles gut organisiert und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Schöne FeWo mit unschlagbar zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist großzĂŒgig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viele praktische Dinge des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, leider nur mit einem seitlichen Blick auf den Rhein. Der Vermieter ist fix und antwortet sehr schnell auf RĂŒckfragen und ist stets bemĂŒht um Hilfe. Durch die Lage von 3 Schlafzimmern zur vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße hin könnte es fĂŒr empfindliche Menschen im Hochsommer mit der GerĂ€uschbelastung in der Nacht und bei offenem Fenster unangenehm werden.

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung und gut gelegen . Der Preis ist NOCH ok ! Der Check-In Vorgang war eine Katastrophe. Die Dame die uns zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit abholen sollte war nicht aufzufinden. Dauerte fast 30 min bis sich was getan hat.

This was an exceptionally well maintained flat with everything that we needed. Excellent pre-stay information and the owner responded quickly and efficiently to all our questions. He was also able to arrange taxis from Zurich to Konstantz. Easy check in and the apartment was spacious and clean will all mod-cons. Parking space available and only 20min walk from old Konstantz. Highly recommended property.
