Holiday rental with an orchard. Enclosed garden (2,500 m²), with a private area (outdoor furniture). Secure parking and outdoor video surveillance. On the ground floor, the living room/kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, kettle) with a 90×190 bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140×190 double bed and a bathroom with a toilet. Heating costs are to be settled on site based on usage.
