About this property

Fantastic holiday home with a beautiful 2 valley view

The house is located in the idyllic Hürtgenwald - Bergstein and is the perfect place to spend a quiet, yet eventful holiday with family or friends. The detached holiday home was completely renovated in 2014 and furnished with lots of love and high standards. It has a spacious garden, a barbecue and an outdoor fireplace. Garden furniture and deck chairs are available. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge, stove and oven. In the open living room there is also the dining area with a large dining table, the living room has a very nice modern, pull-out sofa bed (for a 5. Guest), a flat screen TV, a music system and a fireplace. An infrared heater also provides cozy warmth. There is also a modern guest toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed - 2m x 2m - and one with 2 single beds - the single beds are 2m x 0.90m and 1.90m x 0.90m) and a wonderful bathroom with a whirlpool and a raindance shower. Exactly the right place to relax after a long hike in autumn. Even if the weather does not play along, you can spend a wonderful day in your holiday home. Bed linen and towels are provided by us.
Arrival: from 3 p.m.
Departure: by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
During the summer holidays (NRW), rentals are only possible on a weekly basis. The use of WiFi is included. Pets are not allowed.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. In dem Haus fehlte es an nichts. Die Kinder waren auch begeistert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großen Fensterfronten mit Weitblick in die Natur und auch die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermierin. Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern - 0, 3 und 6 Jahre) empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100 Prozent weiter 3

Ruhe, Natur und ein charmantes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und dem herrlichen, großzügigen Garten sehr genossen. Schade, dass die Sitzecke im hinteren Teil des Gartens bereits etwas verfällt, denn es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem liebevoll eingerichteten, renovierten Haus. Besonders die große Küche mit dem Esstisch und dem Wohnzimmer haben uns gefallen. Auch das moderne Badezimmer haben wir genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den freundlichen Gastgebern hat einwandfrei geklappt!

4 Nachten verbleven... en we keerden zéér tevreden huiswaarts!! Ruime, comfortabele woning en dito tuin. Alles is aanwezig voor een zorgeloos verblijf! > Grote tuin met meubilair (zetels, tafel, parasol en ligstoelen), prachtig uitzicht op Eifel (mooie vergezichten) én zéér weinig lichtvervuiling voor het sterrenkijken. Badkamer met douche en bubbelbad. Ruime living met houtkachel (hout is voorzien), zitbank en flatscreen. Eetplaats voor 8 personen. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Hoewel dat het enige minpuntje zich toch in de keuken bevindt: geen dampkap! Locatie is top: De rust en stilte van Bergstein, Op een boogscheut van Eifel en Hurtgenwald, aan de voet van de Krawutschketurm (Vergezichten zijn zeer de moeite), niet ver van een Lidl supermarkt (Kleinhau > 5 min per auto en 15 min per fiets). Parking voor de deur. Instructies voor toegang tot de woning, gebruik TV en wifi aanwezig en duidelijk. Voldoende informatie mbt activiteiten e.d. eveneens aanwezig. tot een volgende keer! :)

Het verblijf was top. Huis en tuin zijn groot. Met zn 3en meer dan genoeg van alles. Helaas was het niet schoon. Eerst zelf de gehele woning gestofzuigd. Voor de rest een heerlijke week gehad.

Twee heerlijke weken op de"berg" in Bergstein. Rustige locatie aan rand van dorp. Huis, schoon, lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie, schone, ruime badkamer. Heerlijke grote tuin achter het huis voorzien van tuinmeubilair. Voor kleine kinderen splinter nieuwe speeltuin voor de deur. Ideale uitvalsplek om de omgeving (Nationaalpark Eifel) te ontdekken d.m.v. wandelen of op de fiets Meerdere restaurants in omgeving om lekker uit eten te gaan.

Schöner Sommerurlaub in Bergstein

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie in der Ferienwohnung, welche absolut top eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht! Der Große Garten mit tollem Ausblick hat uns sehr gefallen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet! Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende am Burgberg zu zweit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr modern und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Vorallem der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft schön! Auch der Kamin hat für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt! Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
