Cheerful ZebraCorner Villa is our newest Airbnb property comprised of 3 dedicated vacation rental units in same dwelling. It is approximately 950 sq ft with a large open living and kitchen decorated in Modern Black & White hues. property is largest land parcel with the most frontage on Tarpon River. Backyard has a big pool & beautiful water views with a boat dock to sip your morning coffee. Lay in the hammock by the river watching stars to have a true tropical paradise experience. lot of palms & coconuts around the house.

Great place to have a amazing vacation with a medium( 6-10)group of people .A short ride to Airport, Beach & Las Olas & the nightlife. Bring your boat & fishing rods. Kayak or Paddle.

Our Black & White villa will open to a game room w bunch of board games & foosball table at the entrance that leads to open fully functional kitchen & dining. Unit has 2 sleeping spaces, one is florida room w 2 full beds and a trundle sofa bed that pulls out 2 twins, along with a 43" TV. There’s a bathroom that sings to you with bluetooth speaker enabled w exhaust fan. Beyond bath is a calm & serene bedroom with a queen bed & a seperate TV to enjoy from the other sleeping space. Unit comfortably sleeps 6 . Unit is entered via main driveway at intersection of davie blvd & 4th ave through the circular driveway. We can accommodate a group of 10, while this unit sleeps 6, one of our smaller units sleeps 4 & can check for details/availability if you have a group of 7+ to accommodate.

House is next to busy street and prone to traffic noise, wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers as you might hear fire engine noise & other traffic frequently.

No outside guests other than on reservation are allowed to stay or enter the property/amenities. Security Cameras are in place outdoors for guest safety &
surveillance purposes.

All of our units have 1 parking spot each, however we can accommodate more, if you let us know in advance. Washer and dryer are also available for $5.00 per load.

In an effort to respect all of our guests, no parties are permitted at the property, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am when noise must be kept to a minimum.

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!

Let me start by saying, this was the WORST stay ever for me and my guest. The lock on the door is extremely complicated to access, we stood in the rain for 5 mins trying to figure it out with the instructions given. When my friends first pulled up the host immediately ran up to their car and frightened them, we didn’t expect for anyone to be at the property . She then started questioning them, making them feel uncomfortable and unwanted, we thought maybe we were at the wrong property. Once getting in, I opened the side back door and she was walking by, she then asked me if I was Leah and she introduced herself and explained there was a no shoe policy in the house. I also noticed other people walking around in the back area, I then realized the property was shared with others, which was NOT clear In the booking. After all the rain let up, we decided to hang out back at the pool, my group got pretty noisy so the host came running out telling us we had to go back inside and that the pool closed at 10pm, apparently there were rules outside hanging up that we did not see. As an a vacation host myself, I felt that her pool rules were a bit extreme and not advertised in the booking as well. I was disappointed as I felt like we booked a hotel. The pool was one of the reasons We booked this place specifically. We felt as though if the noise was an issue, she could have given us a warning letting us know we were too loud, but only allowing access until 10pm was unfair especially when you pay your money to stay here. She also only gave 1 towel and 1 washcloth when there were 6 of us, so we had to ask for more. The location of the property is off a main highway so there’s lots of traffic noise and police and ambulance sirens all throughout the day. Lastly, it was EXTREMELY hot inside! In The extra room with beds, my friends were sweating in their sleep. The a/c unit did not cool off the area neither did the portable fan so we tried to adjust the temp with the main a/c unit for the rest of the house and it seems as if it was locked to a certain temp. Two of my friends ended up leaving and booking a hotel nearby. If you care about privacy and comfortability then DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! You’d be better off booking a hotel.
