Functional, not fancy

This house worked well for our needs and was in a quiet relaxing location. House isn’t well maintained though as little things were broken. The screen porch had long rips in many places so I wouldn’t advertise that as screened in. Bugs weren’t a problem during the time of year we visited, but that may be a factor at other times. Property manager was communicative and quickly responsive when we contacted them which we really appreciated!

Sufficient

Could benefit from a thorough deep clean and some maintenance. We are still recovering from lack of sleep due to the extremely loud air conditioner and uncomfortable mattresses. Quiet neighborhood & conveniently located. The areas that have been updated are well done and very cute.
