Such a beautiful basement apartment we had all to ourselves! We loved the backyard and even got to say hi to the horse, almost wish we had more time to enjoy it all. It was like our own private vacation home near the Tetons that we were visiting. Would love to come back again!
Coco Ranch is in a beautiful setting. It is just a little way from Victor and its amenities, but in a country setting. There was a No Burn in effect so we could not enjoy a bonfire, but the outdoor area has Adirondack chairs and hammocks. We spotted a variety of birds in their yard. Courtney was so helpful and always responded to our questions.
My family and I really enjoyed the place! It has a BEAUTIFUL backyard, was clean, and had a great location (not far from Jackson and the Tetons). We were very comfortable and communication was great. We will absolutely come back next time we are in the area!
The pictures did not do this place justice! So serene and welcoming. The owners were accommodating and very helpful. Great location to get to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Roomy enough for our 3 young adult kids and us.
The house was located in a quiet area. There was plenty of room for our group and the house was well kept. The only issue we had was the walk way to the property is stone steps and a bit awkward for carrying luggage etc. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

Harold, Thank you for your review and feedback! It is on our to do list to install a handrail for those stairs. Thank you again for staying with us!
We absolutely loved this spot, we based out of the Victor/Driggs area when visiting Teton NP. The location is wonderful, close to both Victor and Driggs which both have great selections of resteraunt/pubs. The backyard/fire pit area of this property is so quiet and peaceful with aspens and lilacs. If you are in the area, don’t hesitate to try this location.

Nathan,
Thank you for the kind review. We hope you’ll come back to stay next time you’re in the area.
The apartment was way more room than the two of us needed, but also the best deal available in the area. The only drawback was the lack of a full kitchen, so it required a little thought to plan meals for a microwave and toaster oven. Everything was very clean and Cortney was very responsive to all our questions. Would stay here again.
Stay was fine. Was supposed to stay two nights one was all we ended up needing. It was fine for just coming in sleeping, washing up and leaving out early the next day. Sliding door didn’t lock but was made aware by owner.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues with this property. The stairs to access the apartment were not safe. While the property listing showed the stairs, they had not been cleared and the underbrush took over. The only other option was to walk downhill in the yard. Some areas were not clean and unsanitary. There is an issue with the lock for entrance, but the property manager explained the issue and was taking care of the situation. The problems we encountered can be easily fixed and the property manager was very courteous and apologetic.
While we had issues, the location was absolutely perfect as a hub for someone who is going to Grand Teton State Park and Yellowstone.

Hi Laurie,
We appreciate your feedback. We will work to make sure the stairs are more cleared, but they do have more natural landscaping. We installed a handrail from feedback received to help with the imperfections of the rock stairs. Hope you all had a wonderful visit to Teton Valley,
Our family of six, including an infant and three year old, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious home in rural Victor. We had plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor, to spread out and enjoy the quiet and openness that country living has to offer. We had a bonfire in the spacious backyard. Just a mile east of the walk/bike path, we were able to get our morning runs in. In fact, our son ran to downtown Victor and back on this paved pathway! The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any need of ours! And the drive over the Teton Pass into Jackson is just stunning and worth the 40 minutes or so to get there. We will definitely be back!
We love the outdoors, hiking, fishing, skiing. We are here for it all in this beautiful little mountain town.
Why they chose this property
We love the views and the quietness of not living in town.
What makes this property unique
There are no neighbors near, we have a beaurtifully landscaped property and during the summer you can see the horses on property, but please no petting.
