Wonderful neighborhood with close views of Des Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Close walk to the 6th and 7th arr’s, equipped with great appointments to comfortably house our family of four. The nearby shops offered amazing fruit and bakery selections and two blocks from the Segur subway stop. Property managers were attentive and we would certainly rent here again!
Terrible experience. Beware there is no toilet in the primary bathroom. They will say there is a toilet, they will say anything to rent this apartment. Do you like to wash your hands after using the bathroom? I do, but I had to go to the KITCHEN to wash my hands because there is no sink. The toilet for this unit is literally in a closet. A closet that is an 8” up a step and sized for children. I am 5’7”, the door to the closet toilet (with no sink) hit my knees when I tried to close the door and sit down. Heat was not functioning in the bedroom. Pull-out sofa is broken. Sconce lighting is broken. Exorbitant security deposit for a rental company that is a complete scam artist. Better off staying ANYWHERE else.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely neighborhood for 7 days in the late July. The location is great because it's away from the crowds, has plenty of conveniences nearby (grocery store, bistros, bakery, etc.) We had our two daughters with us that are 8 and 11 and they loved the playground right across the street. The apartment offered plenty of space for us to spread out. The only items I would note is that there is no elevator and we had to take our bags up three flights of tight stairs, but it was not that bad to navigate. The overhead lights in the main living area were not working, but we had plenty of lights from the windows and lamps. The bathrooms did not have toilet paper holders either, not a huge problem but something to note. Lastly, the trashcan was pretty beat up in the kitchen and we ran out of paper towels during our stay. Overall, the accommodations were pretty close to perfect and I would absolutely recommend the flat to friends.
