The charming cottage "Ty Mamm Gozh" is located in a small village in the heart of the Monts d'Arrée, classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site "GEOPARK", near HUELGOAT. A real Breton Penty in stone and large slates of the country. Tranquility assured. Region famous for its legends. A breathtaking panorama, from the top of the Roc Trévezel, its parish enclosures (also classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site), sounds and lights in summer, its castles, its lakes.

The location is ideal for exploring throughout Finistère.
For sports enthusiasts, there are many hiking trails from the house (hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding), fishing. Equestrian club, canirando, paragliding, etc...

The Drennec lake, less than 15 minutes away by car, is perfect for swimming and water activities. A few minutes away, discover the enchanted forest of Huelgoat, its Silver River, its Rocky Chaos, its canal. A little further on The Château de Trévarez with its magnificent flowery park. Ground floor: Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, combined-freezer, oven and microwave, Senseo, Bodum coffee maker, dining room and living room. Bathroom with jet shower, hairdryer, 1 separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90.
The bedrooms are independent.
Mezzanine with desk for teleworking, 1 second separate toilet.

Facilities and services: Washing machine, TV, internet box, Wifi, iron and ironing board, sheets, towels with soap and shampoo, Kitchen linen, tablecloth and placemats provided.
Your beds are made on arrival.
For baby: high chair, travel cot with fitted sheet (on request). Cleaning products, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper are provided free of charge. Bed linen is cleaned in an industrial laundry and the house is disinfected with alcohol at 70 degrees.

You arrive just with your suitcases Everything is provided. !!!!

Outside: Nice enclosed garden well facing south at the back of the house with garden furniture, 4 large armchairs, parasol, 2 deckchairs, barbecue, parking.
