I've stayed in many Airbnb's on my travels for work and have figured out what I loved about some and what I didn't like about others. NO ENTRY

Booked this apt. for 2 nights and waited for entry code info which never came. Emailed Property Mgr. on app and called - no response. When I called VRBO customer support they insisted that I go to the property and call back and they would "fix it." The fix was trying to all the property mgr. again who, again was nonreponsive. I demanded full refund while I went to a hotel. They claimed that I am going to get one but so far nothing. All in all don't book this property.
