About this property

Newly built luxury finca on the edge of Porto Cristo in the southeast of Mallorca

On 140 sqm living space and 2 floors can be found on the ground floor a large living / dining room with fine leather furniture and large satellite TV. Next to it is the high quality kitchen with everything that makes a perfect holiday. Both rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace.
At the other end of the ground floor is the largest of the three bedrooms with a noble bathroom with corner vanity, shower, toilet and bidet.
On the upper floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathrooms and 2 sun terraces as a retreat.
Outside, a pool of 9 x 4 m was built with a comfortable step entry and a depth of 1 to 1.8 m. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for a shady stay.
