The cozy apartment is located on the 1st OG and is 56m² in size. It is located directly at the nature reserve Wernerwald, 900m from the sandy beach. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 160x200cm and one in the attic with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The living room is furnished with a couch, dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a small dishwasher. The apartment also has a balcony.
A cot and high chair are also available.
A separate parking space belongs to the apartment.

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in Sahlenburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Das Objekt ist gut für Familien mit etwas älteren Kindern geeignet, da die angegeben Treppe zum Obergeschoss steil ist ( wie im Inserat angegeben). Die Lage ist Top. Man ist in wenig Gehminuten direkt am Strand oder im Wald und durch die nahe Busstation ist man auch ohne Auto schnell in Cuxhaven. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war toll, auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert und man hat sich willkommen gefühlt.

Grundsätzlich OK

Die Wohnung war für uns als Paar optimal. Gute geschnitten und auch eine gute Lage. Die Sauberkeit konnte nur leider nicht überzeugen. Schmutz der Vorgänger war leider noch auf dem Tisch, den Spiegeln, im Bad und im Schlafzimmer zu finden. Das war leider nicht so schön und den Wohlfühlfaktor doch stark geschmälert. Wenn hier noch nachgebessert wird, aber auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Cuxhaven im Orkan

Super windiges, verlängertes Wochenende am Watt in der schönen, kleinen Ferienwohnung genossen. Das Apartment war klein, für uns Fünf aber ausreichend. Sehr sauber, nett und freundlich eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, die Kids hatten oben ihr eigenes Reich. Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie war perfekt, fühlten uns gut und schnell informiert bei offenen Fragen, eine freundliche Willkommensatmosphäre hat geherrscht
